Looking to improve your mobility and strengthen your body? Join me, Sue, for Strength, Cardio & Balance program. Comfortable clothes you can more in, non slip floor or shoes, chair, wall space and the list of optional things - weights and bands. Sessions will be live 3 times per week and always recorded and uploaded to our program page. Our weekly sessions are on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7am. Don't miss out on this opportunity to move well with our supportive community at Moving Well with Sue. We have fun and get movement in together. Very schedule friendly since you can join live and/or watch anytime you can make time. The easy to follow schedule also reminds you of steps missed and lets you check off the sessions you've done. Sessions can be done as many times as you like with access extending into the following month. Life happens and sometimes we need more time. The program platform is where you can track, join zoom live and watch recordings. To get reminders, I've also added you to all the class bookings (open to public) so you can receive email reminders with the zoom link. That's 2 ways to access the zoom link that works best for you.
