This program is the next step in our mobility journey together. MWWS has 3 joint focused practices and this compliments our current program so well. It provides an additional way to build resilience, strength, body control and more options for movement. Oh....and some sweat. It's the holiday season - let's celebrate and show gratitude for ourselves this holiday season. This faster paced class is focused on muscle work. You choose your adventure in regards to weights and I will guide you through with a mobility lens. So many options are possible and I will provide guidance, demos and separate videos to support your body so we can get the most out of class. Structure - weekly live classes for 2 weeks except 1 recorded class for Christmas Day - the live classes are recorded and then posted so you can do them anytime. Schedule - M, W and Friday sessions at 7am. The program itself is set up with reminders, a schedule, a tracker and a check box when you have completed a step. At the end you get a special fun virtual badge. : ) Accountability is present in this set up and our test group completed the 30 minute classes on their own schedule or live. Each step has a zoom link button and when the class is done, the workout video will replace the button. I'm here to support you, so reach out anytime with questions.
