About

$15 or free for unlimited members. Range of motion, strengthening and stretching will get your hips ready for anything. 20 minute sessions (10 sessions released M-F) will be available to you for as long as you need. Hip work isn't a quick fix. I aim to educate and support so you can continue the work you need to maintain or make gains.
