Our weekly sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will help you improve your flexibility and build your strength. Plus, we'll have two special Sunday night wind-downs with Yin to help you relax, recuperate and recharge. Don't miss out on this opportunity to move well with our supportive community at Moving Well with Sue. A total of 13 sessions you can join live and/or watch anytime you can make time. The easy to follow schedule also reminds you of steps missed and lets you check off the sessions you've done. Sessions can be done as many times as you like with access extending into mid March.
