About the event
We will begin by coming together and journaling through a few prompts focused on discernment, what will we allow into our lives and what no longer serves us. Then we will move into crafting beautiful meditative mandala rocks with smooth rocks, acrylic paint and different sized dowels to create a dotted design. Lastly, we will bring it all together with Gentle movement and Yin Yoga. No experience neccesary and yin yoga is very gentle, done mostly on the floor and doens't involve a lot of moving as we tend to our connective tissues and nervous system.
