Service Description
Looking to improve your mobility and strengthen your body? Join me, Sue, for our February Strength, Joint Care & Balance program. Our weekly sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will help you improve your flexibility and build your strength. Plus, we'll have two special Sunday night wind-downs with Yin to help you relax, recuperate and recharge. Don't miss out on this opportunity to move well with our supportive community at Moving Well with Sue. A total of 13 sessions you can join live and/or watch anytime you can make time. The easy to follow schedule also reminds you of steps missed and lets you check off the sessions you've done. Sessions can be done as many times as you like with access extending into mid March. Life happens and sometimes we need more time.

Cancellation Policy
You can book as early as you need. Booking shuts down 1 hour before class. Cancellations will not be refunded within 12 hour before class. You can cancel a class up to 30 minutes before start time.
