Service Description

Mobility Basics will get and keep you moving with ease, focusing your mind and increasing your range of motion ((ROM) to support day to day and/or physical activities. We focus on our joints to build a safe and solid foundation. Each class begins with Controlled Articular Rotations (CARS) to assess, improve and maintain range of motion followed by light targeted strength work and stretching. This is ideal for all bodies. * Increase range of motion * Less stiffness * More usable space, less restriction * If you are moving better, you may want to move more * Decrease injury * Peace of mind * Body knowledge that will last forever * Perform and feel better during your current fitness routines Let's move together! This class is for everyBODY! We focus on the target joint - giving us countless options to adapt the base positions. Each base position has its benefits so it's not a modification - it's simply a shape.
